On the home screen, you select the applicable item (valve or a meter). Once you have selected the item, you will see a list of all valves or meters you have uploaded and can add a new one by tapping on the "+" button. Simple follow the inputs and once done, tap on submit.

The app is supported over a wide variety of platforms. This is supported on Android, iOS and Huawei.
You can delete your account from inside the app. Simple open "Account" and press on "Delete Account".
